Once you get in touch, we'll arrange a phone call or video chat to discuss your vision, answer your questions, and see if we're the right fit for each other.

2. Consultation
If you'd like to proceed, we'll book a proper consultation (face-to-face or Zoom) where we dive deeper into your plans, your story, and what you want to create.

3. I Create Your Ceremony
Using everything you've shared, I'll craft your bespoke ceremony. We'll refine it together until you love every word.

4. Your Celebration
I'll deliver your ceremony with warmth, confidence and care, then celebrate having been part of such an important moment in your life.

I'm based in Nottinghamshire and regularly create ceremonies throughout:
- Nottinghamshire (Nottingham, Newark, Retford, Mansfield, Worksop)
- Leicestershire & Loughborough
- Derbyshire (Derby, Chesterfield, Matlock)
- Lincolnshire (Lincoln, Grantham, Sleaford)
I'm also happy to travel further afield for the right ceremony. If your perfect venue is outside these areas, get in touch anyway – we can absolutely make it work.
When Should You Contact Me?

For Weddings:
Preferably 12-18 months ahead, but some book 6-12 months ahead,If you are looking to book a venue in the more sort after summer dates, then the earlier you book the better and of course it ensures you secure you ideal venue and me at the time you want, That said, I have worked with shorter timeframes when needed.

For Naming Ceremonies:
Again this can vary, so some may book 6 months in advance, some book 8-12 weeks before the ceremony date, I am flexible to your requirements.and it will give us good time to create something beautiful and meaningful.

For Vow Renewals:
Similar to naming ceremonies, again this can vary, so some may book 6 months in advance, some book 8-12 weeks before the ceremony date, I am flexible to your requirements.and it will give us good time to create something beautiful and meaningful.

For Funerals:
Contact me as soon as you're able. Funerals typically happen 2-3 weeks after death, and I can usually meet with you within 2-3 days of first contact.

What to Include When Contacting Me
To help me respond as usefully as possible, please include:
- Your ceremony type (wedding, funeral, naming, vow renewal)
- Your date (or approximate timeframe for funerals)
- Your ceremony location or area
- Rough guest numbers if you know
- Anything specific you're looking for (outdoor ceremony, LGBTQ+ celebration, natural burial, etc.)
- The best way to reach you back
But honestly, even if you just write "Hi, I'm interested in a wedding celebrant for August in Nottinghamshire" – that's completely fine. We'll figure out the details together.
